Radical Anger

Let’s find transformational energies for transformative times.

What makes anger radical?

Can we work to change how we see our own anger?

Caritia offers an opportunity to teach and share valuable insights on this complex emotion. This workshop is for anyone who would like shift the paradigm and hear alternative and transformative perspectives on and about the emotion of anger and ways to embrace it for change, as well as (radical) empowerment.

What I will teach/share

• finding understanding around anger
• consent and boundary work
• tapping into the emotional body
• offering space for shadows
• why creative movement and physical embodiment are helpful tools
• sound as a resource
• intention - the why? what does it mean?

About Caritia

Caritia’s fascination with the root/the body stems from a longing to deeply ‘listen’ to (her) body holistically, from the inside out. With over 20 years of kink and BDSM knowledge at the base of (her) educational, consulting and coaching profile. Self-identifying as queer - connecting with the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, a sex worker and dominant, who lives with dyslexia and perceives self as an ongoing work in progress. British-born, Berlin-based, Afro Caribbean descended individual, who uses no pronouns in everyday life, adopting she/her when required. Sees, feels and senses the work undertaken as activism, for those seeking body autonomy and intentional, intersectional creative space for self-expression and self-love. As an entrepreneur, co-owner of Karada House (a non-profit org) and an online education platform OhYesPlease that "playfully empowers through consensual kink education”, the strive is real. As a performer, Caritia's work is an eclectic mix of films, photography (both sides of the camera), theatre and performance rituals.
