Executive Producer, part-time (funding dependent)

An exciting opportunity to work with Take Me Somewhere as Executive Producer and help deliver the company through the next stage of its journey.

Since its inception in 2017, following on from the legacy of the Arches, Take Me Somewhere has established itself as a vital annual event in Glasgow’s cultural calendar. As an organisation we deliver an annual celebratory festival of contemporary, experimental performance in venues and public spaces across Glasgow and beyond. Presenting era-defining, large scale, international work complemented by local, bold work from Scottish artists. Alongside the festival we support our Artist Constellation, developing, supporting and advocating for opportunities for them nationally and internationally.

The main purpose of the role is to work alongside the Artistic Director in supporting the creation and delivery of the overall strategy for the organisation. This involves identifying and developing new partnerships, nationally and internationally, supporting the Artist Constellation and managing the venue relationships within a festival context. With specific responsibility for leading on fundraising, financial management and governance for the organisation. There is an Associate Producer and Producer Placement in place to support the delivery of the festival, the Festival team all freelance and work part-time.


Fee: £29,000 - £33,000 depending on experience, pro-rata, 0.5 role, 1 year contract, funding dependent.
